CleanedWeb for investment migration platforms

Turn property requirements into source-backed inventory.

Search supported property sources using the jurisdiction, asset and price criteria your advisors need—without presenting the data layer as a legal eligibility engine.

The operating problem

The legal workflow is structured. The property search usually is not.

Advisors often search public portals, request developer spreadsheets and maintain private inventories beside the client workflow. Property evidence becomes difficult to compare even when the program requirements are clear.

What advisory teams use now
  • Portal links collected per client
  • Developer and broker spreadsheets
  • Private inventory lists updated by hand
  • Country teams using different property fields
Where diligence slows down
  • The same development appears through several sellers
  • Price, completion and property labels conflict
  • Source evidence becomes detached from the shortlist
  • Program rules are confused with listing data

One advisor request

Separate property discovery from legal eligibility.

CleanedWeb supplies current, normalized property evidence. The licensed advisor and customer organization own program interpretation, suitability and compliance.

01

Supply the criteria

Jurisdiction, customer-approved threshold logic, asset type, location and project requirements.

02

Search property sources

Query the supported portals, developer inventory and agency sources relevant to the jurisdiction.

03

Resolve the evidence

Normalize property facts and identify overlapping source assertions while preserving provenance.

04

Return for review

Deliver a structured property set to the advisor workflow for legal, commercial and customer assessment.

The data contract

The fields the workflow can actually use.

A record matching supplied criteria is not a representation of legal eligibility. Program interpretation and final verification remain with qualified advisors.

What the platform can now operate

One data layer. Three concrete product surfaces.

01

Criteria-based discovery

Apply customer-approved property criteria to a maintained source set instead of rebuilding a shortlist from portal links.

02

Jurisdiction comparison

Represent property evidence through one contract while keeping each jurisdiction’s rules outside the listing record.

03

Advisor-ready evidence

Keep the original source and observed listing state attached to the record an advisor is reviewing.

Relevant coverage

Scope property coverage around an actual jurisdiction workflow.

The relevant question is not whether a country appears in a directory. It is whether the supported sources, project fields and property classes are sufficient for the advisory workflow you intend to operate.

Investment Migration FAQ

Questions to resolve before integration.

Does CleanedWeb determine whether a property qualifies for a program?

No. CleanedWeb provides property data and filtering infrastructure. Eligibility must be determined by qualified professionals using current law, program rules and transaction-specific evidence.

Can our own threshold rules be applied to the inventory?

Yes. Customer-supplied criteria can be used as query inputs or downstream filters when the required listing fields are available. CleanedWeb does not author or certify those rules.

How do advisors verify where a property came from?

Records preserve source attribution and the latest observed source state. When several assertions are resolved into one property identity, the contributing evidence can remain traceable.

Can developer inventory and public portal listings be combined?

They can share a normalized contract when both source classes are supported and the customer has the necessary access and usage rights. Duplicate policy can account for overlapping project and unit listings.

Do you provide historical program or property records?

The core use case is current property acquisition and delivery. Observed timestamps and state changes may exist within supported coverage, but a complete historical archive should not be assumed.

Does using CleanedWeb change our compliance obligations?

No. The customer remains responsible for regulated advice, KYC, AML, suitability, legal review and the rights governing its use of source content.

Start with one jurisdiction

Bring us the property workflow, not a country list.

We will review the sources, fields and evidence your advisors need while keeping legal eligibility outside the data contract.
