CleanedWeb is a product of Vaso Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Vaso Ventures LLC is the controller of personal information described in this policy unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

2. Scope
This policy applies to cleanedweb.com, access-request forms, business communications, support and CleanedWeb accounts, APIs and data services when available.
Customer products that use CleanedWeb Data have their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern a customer’s independent collection or use of information.
3. Information you provide
- Access requests: name, work email, company URL, selected use cases and any description you submit.
- Business communications: messages, attachments, meeting details and information you choose to provide.
- Account and commercial information: account contacts, organization details, credentials metadata, plan, order and billing records when those functions are enabled.
- Customer inputs: queries, configuration, files, feeds or other content submitted to provide the service.
4. Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request and diagnostic information, such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested URLs, timestamps, referring pages, response status and security events.
When the service is used, we may process API key metadata, request counts, Unit events, feature activity, errors and operational telemetry needed to provide, secure and support the service.
5. Information in property sources
Supported property sources can contain professional information about agents, brokers, developers, sellers or other contacts, together with listing and property information. CleanedWeb processes that material to provide source-aware property records to authorized customers.
If you believe a CleanedWeb record contains personal information that is inaccurate, unlawfully processed or should be restricted, contact us with enough information to identify the record and source.
6. How we use information
- Respond to access requests, questions and support matters.
- Assess product fit, prepare proposals and administer customer relationships.
- Provide, meter, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts, systems and Data.
- Process billing and maintain financial and contractual records when applicable.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements and protect rights and safety.
- Send operational messages and requested business communications.
7. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Steps requested before entering into a contract and performance of a contract.

- Cloud infrastructure, hosting and security providers that operate and protect the website and service.
- Form delivery providers that process and forward access-request submissions.
- Email, communications, billing and professional-service providers used to operate the business.
- Advisers, auditors, insurers and counterparties subject to appropriate duties.
- Authorities or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security and safety.
- A buyer, successor or participant in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of relevant business assets.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, managing the customer relationship, complying with law, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.
Retention depends on the type and sensitivity of information, the service relationship, source restrictions, legal obligations and whether the information is held in active systems or ordinary backups.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Customers are responsible for protecting their accounts, API keys, exports and systems that receive CleanedWeb Data.
11. International processing
CleanedWeb and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location.
Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Request restriction of processing or object to certain processing.
- Request portability of information you provided.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, providers, law or data practices. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
