Terms of Use

1. Who these terms apply to#

CleanedWeb is a product of Vaso Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("CleanedWeb", "we", or "us"). These terms govern use of our website, accounts, API builder, APIs, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

A signed agreement with us controls where it conflicts with these terms. Questions may be sent to info@cleanedweb.com.

2. The service#

CleanedWeb helps turn supported public website collections into structured, versioned APIs. Available sources, fields, limits, and features depend on the validated source and your workspace. A preview is not a completed API. Collection can be bounded or partial, and sources may change or become unavailable.

Review the generated schema, version, limits, and response summaries before relying on output. Monitoring covers the sources and observations identified by the service; it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, or successful repair of every change.

3. Your account#

Provide accurate account and billing information. Protect your credentials and restrict access to authorized users. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, and revoke exposed credentials where your workspace permits it.

4. Permitted use#

Use the service only for lawful purposes and sources you are authorized to process. Do not bypass access controls, submit stolen credentials, interfere with the service, probe other customers’ accounts, or use collected information for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment, or other abuse.

You are responsible for complying with source terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations, and restrictions applicable to your collection and use of data. Public availability is not a license to use information for every purpose.

5. Inputs and output#

You retain the rights you have in material you submit. You authorize us to process that material as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Do not submit material you have no right to provide.

Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights. CleanedWeb does not grant ownership of source content or promise that output is accurate, exhaustive, current, or suitable for a particular decision. You are responsible for checking output and your downstream uses.

6. Prices and prepaid credit#

For purchases offered as prepaid credit, the applicable output rate and purchase amount are shown on the pricing page and in the purchase summary. Confirm that the checkout or order matches the offer you intend to buy. Review the amount, currency, applicable rate, and any taxes before paying. Credits purchased under the advertised prepaid offer do not expire. Promotional allowances are not cash and cannot be redeemed for money.

A purchase explicitly described as prepaid credit does not create a subscription. A separate signed agreement or an existing purchase may have different terms; those terms continue to govern that purchase. Changes to public pricing do not by themselves rewrite an earlier agreement.

Billing questions and refund requests follow our refund and billing review policy. A failed or partial run should be reviewed against its execution and billing records rather than assumed to be free or fully chargeable.

7. Privacy and confidentiality#

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Keep confidential information and credentials out of public source URLs and support examples. Contact us before submitting information requiring specific processing or confidentiality terms that have not been agreed with us.

8. Suspension and ending use#

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us to request account closure. Stopping use or closing an account does not automatically request or approve a refund.

We may restrict access to address abuse, security threats, legal obligations, non-payment, or a material breach of these terms. When reasonably practicable, we will explain the issue and how to resolve it. Source restrictions or technical changes may also prevent continued collection.

9. Service limitations#

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and output are provided as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No website illustration or example creates an availability or performance guarantee.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional warranty, liability allocation, or service-level commitment in a signed agreement remains subject to that agreement.

10. Changes and questions#

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised text and update the date above, with additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights already attached to an earlier purchase.
