About this API

The PlayStation Store lists games for each country; this API reads the US store. Each record is one game with its title, price, discounted price, discount text and media.

Platforms, genres, release date and publisher are on each game's own page. They are added when enrich_records is on, which is the default. Price, genre, platform, release date, VR and age rating are inputs.

Typical uses

Watch discounts on PS4 and PS5 games.
Compare prices across genres.
Build a list of new and upcoming releases.

Optional. Filters by the site's Price control. Choose one or more.

genre list of choices

Optional. Filters by the site's Genre control. Choose one or more.

Options: Action (action), Adventure (adventure), Platformer (platformer), Arcade (arcade), Puzzle (puzzle), Casual (casual), Role Playing Games (role_playing_games), Fantasy (fantasy), and 27 more in contract.json.
platform list of choices

Optional. Filters by the site's Platform control. Choose one or more.

supported_features list of choices

Optional. Filters by the site's Supported Features control. Choose one or more.

Options: PS5 Pro Enhanced (ps5_pro_enhanced), Remote Play (remote_play), Game Help (game_help), Local Multiplayer (local_multiplayer), Online Multiplayer (online_multiplayer).
release_date list of choices

Optional. Filters by the site's Release Date control. Choose one or more.

Options: Just Released (just_released), Coming soon (coming_soon).
vr list of choices

Optional. Filters by the site's VR control. Choose one or more.

Options: PS VR2 (ps_vr2), PS VR (ps_vr).
age_rating list of choices

Optional. Filters by the site's Age Rating control. Choose one or more.

Options: Early Childhood (early_childhood), Everyone (everyone), Everyone 10+ (everyone_10), Teen (teen), Mature (mature), Rating Pending (rating_pending).

enrich_records is on by default and adds the fields that only appear on each record's detail page. Send false to read list fields only. See Run an API.

Save the Idempotency-Key before you send, and reuse it only to retry the same request. The key needs the run scope. See Run a catalog API.

Limitations

Reach. A run reads until the source ends or your max_items, timeout_seconds or budget stops it.
